The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms but requires updating in terms of décor. The service is top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient, near to Cambridge and with decent free parking. Dining options are good, although some improvements are needed. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.
